We are looking for a driven Sales Manager for our Amajo product portfolio!

About the role: 

As Sales Manager for Amajo's portfolio, you will have a central role in leading and developing our sales team. Your main focus is to ensure sales results by actively guiding and supporting our salespeople towards set goals. You are responsible for both the direct sales and the webshop business from our office in Oslo and will work closely with the Chief Market Unit Officer to drive sales forward in line with our overall strategy.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed set targets.

• Responsible for coordination and development of both direct sales and webshop sales.

• Drive sales of our entire portfolio through effective planning and execution of campaigns, newsletters and sales competitions.

• Take responsibility for our largest customers and their contracts, while actively processing new business opportunities.

• Participate in budget and forecasting processes in close collaboration with the Chief Market Unit Officer.

 

We are looking for you as: 

We are looking for a customer- and sales-oriented leader with a passion for sales and a strong desire to make a difference. You are a humble and empathetic person who enjoys coaching and developing your employees while you yourself take an active part in the operational business. With at least 5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in welfare technology or medical technology, you are used to working towards clear goals and are driven by streamlining processes and work methods.
