Abilia accelerates growth – appoints Christian Gilhuus–Moe as Chief Business Development Officer

Abilia is strengthening its market position and taking the next step in its growth journey by appointing Christian Gilhuus–Moe as Chief Business Development Officer. This new strategic role will serve as a driving force for developing the business, entering new markets, and delivering even greater value to users, families, caregivers, and society at large.

This appointment marks a key step in Abilia’s ambition to scale its impact and empower more people to live independent and fulfilling lives through accessible, innovative assistive technology.

Christian will play a key role in leading Abilia’s growth strategy, with a strong focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and expansion. The position is designed to bring clarity, energy, and direction to the company’s commercial efforts and to enhance the organization’s ability to scale in the Nordics and internationally.

In addition to his role as Chief Business Development Officer, Christian will also take on the position of Country Manager Norway.

Christian brings extensive experience from senior roles in life science, health tech, and analytics, most recently serving as CEO of Farmastat, a company within the pharmaceutical industry. With his broad expertise in commercial strategy, business transformation, and digitalisation, he adds both leadership and business acumen to the team.
