National Sales Account Manager for Abilia

Abilia is a product and service provider for aids and welfare within the healthcare market. Today, we develop, manufacture and market aids for people with functional variations in the areas of communication, cognition, environmental control and alarms. We are market leaders and "thought leaders" in the field of cognitive aids.

Abilia AB is part of the Abilia group, which has a turnover of over 350 million and has around 90 employees. The Abilia group has its home markets in Sweden and Norway but also has representation in the UK and Internationally.

What will you be doing?

The primary activity of this role is increase sales of ECS solutions to NHS Hubs and partners in this sector of the UK Abilia target market.

  • Through high levels of customer interaction through face to face meetings and electronic communication, work to generate sales within Abilia UK’s target markets.
  • Act as the key contact between current customer NHS ECS Hubs and Abilia
  • Improve sales year on year for ECS revenue within the UK.
  • Conduct pro-active direct sales of Abilia products to in-house NHS Hubs

Who are you?

  • Practical knowledge of ECS solutions in the UK
  • ECS as deliverable service provision
  • Detailed technical understanding of Abilia product portfolio
  • Knowledge of ECS Sector in particular NHS purchasing supply chain
  • Understanding of user needs and application areas

What is your background?

  • High level ECS technical skills & in depth understanding of its user application 
  • Able to provide remote support to clinical engineers & technicians in the field
  • Awareness of new ECS trends via social media associated service delivery/research groups & regional events
