The collection of personal data
Our approach is to not process more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, and we strive to always use the least integrity-sensitive information. At Abilia, we will collect your consent when necessary before we begin to process your personal data. Below are examples of situations where your personal data will be collected:

If the course participant does not want personal data to be saved, then all data will be deleted immediately after the course has ended.
We collect information during the application of service, support and repair tasks. The purpose is to help and provide feedback in an effective manner, as well as to follow up on tasks. This is all done in order to provide the best possible service.

Which information is shared?
When we actively collect personal data for the first time, or an individual submits their information, the individual is informed that the information will be processed according to current legislation. We also provide information via our homepage on how to contact the persons responsible for the personal data processing, should individuals have any questions or demands regarding the personal data and/or rights.
Is personal data processed in a reassuring manner?
At Abilia, we value our contact persons’ integrity, and we implement our work and procedures in order to ensure that personal data is managed in a secure manner. Our approach is that only people within the organisation who require the personal data in order to conduct their work shall have access to the personal data.
With regards to sensitive personal data (that the person has submitted themself), we have established specific authorisation restrictions, which entails a higher protection of the personal data.
Our security systems have been developed with a focus on individuals’ integrity, and provides a high level of protections against intrusion, distortion and other changes that may entail a risk to the integrity.
We have an IT security policy in order to ensure that electronically stored personal data is processed safely.
When do we share personal data?
Our approach is to not share personal data with a third party without consent, or unless necessary in order to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. When we are legally obligated to share information with a responsible inspection authority, such as e.g. the Swedish Tax Agency, we share as little information as possible. In those cases in which we are required to share personal data to a third party, we establish a confidentially agreement and ensure that the personal data is processed in a reassuring manner. Even in these cases, we ensure that as little information as possible is shared.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In such a case, we will no longer process your personal data or collect new information, provided this is not required in order to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. You are entitled to request current information, to change your information and to have the possibility to be removed from our register.
