Abilia AB and Group companies (we/us) care about your personal privacy. In this product privacy policy, we describe how we collect and use personal data in our product myAbilia and our products connected to myAbilia.

The Data Controller and legal entity for this policy is Abilia Aktiebolag, registered in the Swedish Companies Register under the registration number 556180-3296.

We store data when a user makes use of myAbilia or any of Abilia’s products connected to myAbilia. This is defined as user-generated content that may be personal data. Examples are pictures of the user and other persons, names, addresses, and places the user visits, etc. The purpose is to fulfil Abilia’s commitment to the user.

 

Data storage time

 

Personal data is stored for as long as the user has a user account at myAbilia. When an account is closed, the account and related data are deleted within 30 days.

 

Data sharing

 

In order to provide some elements of our services, we may share data with Abilia’s subcontractors for processing both inside and outside the EU/EEA. When we share your personal data, we always share a minimum of the data and we take all reasonable contractual, legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal data is treated with an adequate level of protection and in accordance with applicable law.

All stored data is encrypted within the EU/EEA and all data is transferred to and from the user’s app using industry standard encryption levels (TLS 1.2 or better).

Only authorised personnel have access to our cloud storage environment and all Abilia employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement that prevents the dissemination of data and information, including personal data.
