Repairs Procedure

Guidelines for how to return your device to us for repair

If you are unable to fix your device yourself after following the Troubleshooting directions, then it is time to send your device in to be repaired.

We ask that you only send your device in on the recommendation of one of our Service Technicians. Our goal is to minimise the time you are without your device. We may be able to help you fix it over the phone/email and save you postage and repair costs. We understand how important and necessary it is for you to have your device back with you as soon as possible.

  1. If you haven't already spoken to one of our Service Technicians,
    call 01954 281 222  or email us.
  2. It is very important to make a note of the Serial Number on the base of your device before you send it to us. We will use this as a reference number to identify your machine.
