What does the Lightwriter Warranty include?

• A 2 year comprehensive warranty at the point of purchase - If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.
• Courier costs to and from your location for repair
• Our friendly and patient Technicians at your service - Give us a call, send us an email or a text message, and we’ll help with any question free of charge (service provider charges may apply)
   

Is there anything that isn’t included in the Lightwriter Warranty?

There are only three things not covered by the Lightwriter Warranty:

• A stolen device
• A lost device
• Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality
